This exceptional agency is the result of the deep friendship between two men, Marcel and Tom, who bring together a wealth of experience and a shared vision. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate world, 25 of which as a certified realtor, Marcel is a trusted name in the industry. Known for his personal approach, he places clients at the center and guides them through every step of the buying or selling process. Marcel combines in-depth knowledge of the Costa Blanca with a sharp insight into local market trends, ensuring he always knows where the best opportunities lie.

Tom

Tom is a driven and passionate real estate agent with a deep-rooted love for the Costa Blanca. After completing his studies in Real Estate (HBO) and a master’s in Corporate Law, he worked as a commercial real estate agent in the Netherlands for five years. His broad experience includes commercial real estate as well as buying and selling homes for private clients.
